Tieme Ndo is a nonprofit social enterprise that provides rural farmers convenient and timely access to productive farm inputs like improved seeds, fertilizers and other input technology. This helps farmers double their crop yield, earn more income and become financially stable. Our Baafo program makes farming easier and more profitable for rural farmers in Northern Ghana by eliminating the financing barriers that deprive them of access to productive farm inputs. Founder & Director of Operations
Manages the strategic sourcing, supply chain mechanics, and timely distribution of productive farm inputs to rural communities across Northern Ghana. He also coordinates the deployment of agricultural extension officers to ensure farmers receive modern, scientific training alongside their credit packages.
Co-founder & Director of IT
Leads the design, development, and maintenance of the enterprise's digital platforms—including mobile tools for field agents, inventory tracking systems, and data management pipelines. By streamlining logistics and automating workflows, he ensures that resource allocation, input distribution, and credit tracking run smoothly and reliably across rural networks.
Finance Officer
Oversees day-to-day accounting operations, budgetary controls, and cash flow management—critical components for a seasonal agricultural credit model like the Baafo program. Program Associate
Coordinates day-to-day field activities, including farmer profiling, input distribution logistics, and community mobilization. He works closely with agricultural extension officers to monitor crop progress, collect field data, and ensure that farmers are actively receiving the training and support needed to maximize their yields and improve their financial stability.
