Tieme Ndo is a nonprofit social enterprise headquartered in Northern Ghana. Our model is rooted in sound business practices. We supply smallholder farmers with everything they need to succeed and are scaling up to serve more farm families every day for maximum impact.
We exist to help rural smallholder farmers double their crop yields and earn more income every growing season. We know that with the right tools, knowledge, and innovations, farmers can grow more food, become financially stable, and build resilience for their families and communities, now and for the future.
Listening: We believe the best solutions come from farmers themselves. That’s why we listen closely through our network of field officers and direct client feedback to ensure that smallholder voices shape everything we do.
Farmers are at the center of everything we do. Through our signature Baafo program, we eliminate the financial barriers that often deprive rural families of productive farm inputs. We deliver a holistic suite of services tailored to farmers' needs, particularly in the most remote areas, offering flexible payment and financing plans to ensure cash-strapped farmers are not left behind when the planting season begins.
We reach farmers right where they are through our trusted team and local networks working directly within farming communities. We support smallholder farmers year-round across the entire agricultural value chain by:
Since our launch in 2017, we have been dedicated to making farming a profitable venture for young and rural smallholders in Ghana. By 2033, we aim to support 100,000 young farmers in doubling their yields and achieving financial stability—because when our farmers prosper, whole communities do too.
